AI Pro Se Support ("Company," "we," "us") is NOT a law firm and does NOT provide legal advice, legal
representation, or attorney services of any kind. No attorney-client relationship is formed by purchasing or
using our services. Nothing provided by AI Pro Se Support — including AI-generated content, documents,
summaries, research, strategies, or chat responses — constitutes legal advice. The Company is a document
preparation and self-help support service only.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Services provided are limited to: AI-assisted document preparation support, procedural research assistance,

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

5. ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Clients outside the United States acknowledge that AI Pro Se Support's services are designed for U.S. civil
court procedures. International legal systems differ substantially. The Company makes no representation that
its services are appropriate, legal, or useful for legal matters outside the United States. International
clients use services entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of
their country and jurisdiction.
8. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
The one-time fee of $100 (USD) grants access to the AI Pro Se Support client portal and all included services.
Due to the immediate delivery of digital services upon payment, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued
except where required by applicable law. By completing payment, you acknowledge that digital services have
been made immediately available to you and you waive any right to a chargeback for services rendered.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
Information you share with AI Pro Se Support is used solely to provide services to you. We do not sell your
personal information to third parties. However, because AI services involve third-party AI providers
(including Anthropic), information shared in chat sessions may be processed by those providers pursuant to
their privacy policies. Do not share information you consider highly confidential or privileged in chat
sessions.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AI PRO SE SUPPORT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR
SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY ADVERSE LEGAL OUTCOME. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH SERVICES IS
DISCONTINUATION OF USE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR
SERVICES.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Pro Se Support, its owners, employees, contractors, and
agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees)
arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of this Agreement; (c) your violation of any
applicable law; or (d) any claim by a third party related to your legal matter.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law
principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida, or, if applicable law requires, in the
jurisdiction where you reside.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AI Pro Se Support regarding the subject matter
herein and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements. If any provision is found
unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
By proceeding to payment, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, you
have read and understood this entire Agreement, and you voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.
